Marketplace terms of use
These terms outline how Coveybase operates and what you agree to when buying, selling, or messaging on the platform.
Marketplace use
- Provide accurate listings and comply with local laws for sales and transport.
- You are responsible for your communications and transactions with other users.
- Accounts must belong to adults legally able to enter agreements in their region.
- We may update or remove content, suspend accounts, or modify services when needed.
Purchases & payments
- Transactions occur between buyers and sellers; Coveybase is not a party to the sale.
- Use secure payment methods and keep receipts for your records. The built in Stripe payment system is recommended.
- Buying from verified sellers is recommended, but verification is not a guarantee of product quality or outcome.
Safety & scams
- Review listings carefully and ask for proof of health, ownership, and transport readiness.
- Avoid off-platform payments and report suspicious behavior so we can investigate.
- Coveybase cannot be held responsible for scams, losses, or disputes between users.
Liability & content
- Listings and messages are user-generated; we do not guarantee accuracy or availability.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the site.
